Refund Policy

This Refund Policy applies to all payments made on the DhanHub platform, including the one-time DSA Franchise Fee. Please read this policy carefully before making any payment. By completing a payment on DhanHub, you agree to the terms described below.

1. Franchise Fee — General Policy

The one-time Franchise Fee of ₹10,000 + applicable GST paid by DSA Partners upon KYC approval is generally non-refundable. This fee covers:

  • Platform onboarding and account activation
  • Access to DhanHub's product catalogue and lender network
  • Digital training library and live training sessions
  • Marketing and branding materials
  • Ongoing technical support and platform maintenance

By paying the Franchise Fee, you acknowledge and accept that the fee is for services rendered and infrastructure provided, which begin immediately upon payment.

2. Exceptions — When a Refund May Be Granted

A full refund of the Franchise Fee will be issued in the following circumstances only:

3. Cases Where Refunds Will NOT Be Issued

No refund will be granted in the following situations:

  • You registered but decided not to use the platform after activation
  • Your account was terminated due to violation of our Terms & Conditions
  • Your KYC was rejected due to submission of fraudulent, tampered, or incorrect documents
  • You voluntarily closed or deactivated your DSA account
  • You were unable to generate leads or earn commissions — the Franchise Fee is not a guarantee of earnings
  • Dissatisfaction with commission rates, tier assignment, or product availability
  • Change of mind after platform access has been granted
  • Refund requests made after 30 days from the date of payment (except in cases of platform discontinuation)

4. Commission Earnings — Adjustment Policy

Commission earnings recorded in your DhanHub account are generally non-reversible once confirmed. However, adjustments or clawbacks may apply in the following cases:

  • Loan Cancellation / Rejection post-Disbursal: If a lender reverses a disbursement within their specified period, the corresponding commission will be reversed.
  • Fraud Detection: If a lead is found to be fraudulent, fabricated, or submitted without customer consent, the associated commission will be forfeited and may be deducted from future payouts.
  • Lender Disputes: In case of a dispute between DhanHub and a Lender regarding commission, payouts related to that lead may be temporarily held pending resolution.

DhanHub will notify you of any commission adjustments with a written explanation.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund under an eligible exception (Section 2), follow these steps:

  1. Email refunds@dhanhub.in with the subject line: "Refund Request — [Your Registered Mobile Number]"
  2. Include the following in your email:
    • Your full name and registered mobile number
    • Razorpay payment ID or transaction reference number
    • Date and amount of payment
    • Reason for refund request with supporting evidence (screenshot, bank statement, etc.)
  3. Our team will acknowledge your request within 2 business days and investigate the claim.
  4. If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment source within 7–10 business days from approval.

6. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method (credit/debit card, net banking, UPI) used at the time of payment.
  • DhanHub does not process refunds to a different bank account or payment instrument.
  • Razorpay processing timelines may cause an additional 3–5 business days delay depending on your bank.
  • GST paid on the Franchise Fee is non-refundable as per applicable tax laws, except in cases of duplicate payment or technical error.

7. Changes to This Policy

DhanHub may update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and in-app notification at least 15 days before they take effect. The policy applicable at the time of your payment will govern any refund requests related to that payment.
